Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on the Banking vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through effective client relationships and value proposition development.
  • Analyze client business goals and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate target attainment and opportunity pipeline growth.
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales data.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with at least 4 years in the Banking vertical.
  • Strong understanding of Domestic Banking Landscape and evolving Banking Technologies.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to negotiate agreements.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹12 Lakhs - ₹20 Lakhs per annum
