Job Overview:

As a Strategic Business Operations Specialist, you'll collaborate with various departments to collect, document, and analyze business requirements. You'll translate these into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers and developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate systems processes and identify areas for improvement through real-time data analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation, communicating effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Analyze and communicate systems requirements continuously, maintaining systems processes and delivering regular status updates.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an operations specialist
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
