Operational Governance Specialist

The key role of the Operational Governance Specialist will be to drive strategic objectives and enhance shareholder value through effective operational governance.

Group Technology plays a pivotal role in aligning the organization with its strategic objectives. We oversee the development and maintenance of core applications essential for seamless operation across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and plan monthly Governance meetings, quarterly risk reviews, and bi-annual strategy sessions.
  • Own the Business Operations governance calendar.
  • Assist in completing monthly Executive level reporting.
  • Act as secretariat at Governance meetings, including preparation, minute taking, producing action notes, circulation, and action chasing.
Requirements:

4-6 years of experience. A degree or certificate demonstrating knowledge or understanding of outlined responsibilities. Excellent communication and soft skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to varied audiences.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
