Job Title: Deputy General Manager - Operations

The ideal candidate for this leadership role is a seasoned operations expert with extensive experience in managing daily activities to ensure optimal performance across production, quality, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and reduce costs through streamlined workflows and enhanced productivity.
  • Oversee the coordination of cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to align goals and drive performance.
  • Monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards for quality and safety by implementing robust risk management strategies.
  • Lead a team by mentoring and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in operations management within the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and cost management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP and production management software.
