Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role:
Pursue a challenging opportunity to lead high-intensity workshops, drive business requirement development, and deliver large-scale implementations in D365 Finance and Operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute solution delivery, leveraging creative problem-solving skills and proficiency in delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and facilitate high-impact workshops to define business requirements
  • Design and deliver demonstrations to validate solution effectiveness
  • Contribute to proposal and statement of work development, including estimation of effort and cost
  • Deliver large-scale implementations or equivalent, identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing solutions
  • Utilize strong leadership skills to guide team members and foster a collaborative environment

Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of relevant experience in financial operations, preferably in D365 Finance and Operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in delivery methodologies, such as Sure Step
  • Familiarity with functional background in financials, including GL, A/P, A/R, and Cash
