Job Title: Strategic Operations Specialist

 

Overview:

The role of a Strategic Operations Specialist is to provide support in the development, implementation and maintenance of business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To multitask and manage various projects, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • To evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions.
  • To communicate documented business requirements with the technical team, ensuring effective collaboration and resolution of issues.
  • Reviewing Functional Specification Documents prepared by IT and ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Preparing and reviewing manual test scenarios and test cases, ensuring thorough testing and validation.
  • Liasing with IT/vendors for project deliveries/bugs etc., ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Leading UAT teams for project closure, ensuring complete functional and regression testing before go live.
  • Ensuring smooth deployment and monitoring in production, with post-production sign off.
  • Maintaining project trackers, providing real-time updates and progress reports.
