- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups for the founder
- Prioritize and track key to-dos and business decisions
- Draft communication and prepare materials for internal and external meetings
- Run point on miscellaneous tasks across admin, hiring, and planning
- Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time execution
Requirements:

- Proactive and fast-moving, with a strong ability to work independently
- Fluent with modern workflow tools, including Notion and Google Suite
