This is a dynamic and challenging role for an executive assistant to support the team in executing strategies, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Initiatives: Provide support in executing strategies, performing market research, and conducting competitive analysis to identify trends and expansion opportunities.
- M&A Execution: Support in preparing presentations, managing due diligence processes, and assessing potential risks and opportunities for value creation.
- Financial Modeling & Presentation: Build and analyze financial models, prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements across the organization and ensure greater efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Team Facilitation & Culture Building: Conduct regular meetings, promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
- Extensive experience in corporate strategy, M&A, business development, and executive assistance.
- Proven record of leading M&A transactions from initiation to integration.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
- Experience in providing executive support at a senior level, ideally within a similar industry.
- Masters degree in business administration (MBA) or related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in finance, strategy, or project management.
