Senior Event Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and lead generation for our business. This is a key role in our marketing strategy, offering the chance to make a significant impact on our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy to align with our business goals.
- Plan, organize, and manage logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure event objectives are met.
- Oversee booth design, event branding, and on-site execution to maintain a high-quality brand presence.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track budgets and deliver cost-effective event outcomes.
- Measure event performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
As the primary point of contact for all U.S. event-related activities, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional results.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work across time zones and travel within the U.S. as needed.
- Experience with event marketing software/tools is a plus.
