
Head of Customer Marketing Experience

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team in a Customer Marketing Operations role. This position will be responsible for bridging marketing strategy and event execution, ensuring measurable marketing results.
Key responsibilities include liaising with the Event Production team for end-to-end event production, translating client marketing objectives into targeted event experiences, and coordinating with creative teams to ensure event design aligns with broader marketing campaign goals.
- Manage multiple concurrent client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of events that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with account management to develop integrated marketing campaigns where events drive lead generation and brand engagement.
- Oversee a team of full-time employees including Regional Customer Success Managers, Audience Acquisition Team Leads, Campaign Specialists, and Data Research Associates.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, event marketing, or experiential marketing with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record managing events at marketing agencies or in-house marketing teams.
- Experience with both micro-events and large-scale productions across various industries.
- Background in campaign management with understanding of marketing attribution and ROI measurement.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Background in B2B marketing with understanding of lead generation and nurturing processes.
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and lead management systems.
