  • Monitor and manage customer experience via proactive communication, surveys, and WhatsApp
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to enhance the customer purchase and delivery experience
  • Empathize with customers, demonstrate patience, and showcase a passion for helping others
  • Solve problems efficiently to address customer queries and understand their needs
  • Analyze complex customer data to gain valuable insights

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree from a Tier I university
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and web tools for consumer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
