Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer experience via proactive communication, surveys, and WhatsApp
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to enhance the customer purchase and delivery experience
- Empathize with customers, demonstrate patience, and showcase a passion for helping others
- Solve problems efficiently to address customer queries and understand their needs
- Analyze complex customer data to gain valuable insights
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree from a Tier I university
- Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and web tools for consumer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
