Our mission is to empower customer-facing teams with expert training, ensuring seamless customer experiences. We're looking for a Training Specialist who can help us move even faster and provide top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop process notes and training content, including workbooks and assessments.
  • Conduct frequent needs analysis to understand knowledge gaps and design modules to address them.
  • Train all new hires, prepare them for their roles, and own critical KPIs for the first 45 days.
  • Identify and resolve process issues.
  • Develop individual improvement plans and train underperforming staff.
  • Audit customer interactions, find patterns of agent mistakes, and create targeted training materials.
  • Own knowledge transfer and ensure employees understand new processes or changes.
  • Rol out process changes and related communications.
  • Manage the knowledge base and ensure it's always relevant.
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in classroom, online, and blended training delivery, with at least 2 years as a master trainer.
  • Practical implementation experience with ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to provide structured performance feedback.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects that improve customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
