Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the post-sales customer journey, ensuring seamless execution of orders, providing timely updates, and championing customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

You'll collaborate closely with logistics, documentation, and finance teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' success, driving growth and retention through outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, understanding their specific requirements and ensuring accurate internal communication.
  • Coordinate shipments, delivery timelines, and documentation status with customers, proactively informing them of any delays or deviations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align on customer expectations and deliverables, ensuring customer priorities are reflected in internal decision-making and processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
