Project Manager

As a seasoned Operations Leader, you will be responsible for driving the customer experience from booking to handover, ensuring seamless project execution and delighting customers. This role involves coordinating with design, production, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and meet committed timelines.
- Own the customer journey, resolving issues promptly and completing projects on schedule while exceeding quality standards.
- Forge strong relationships with cross-functional teams, enabling faster issue resolution and empowering team members to solve problems effectively.
- Manage a high-performing team, hiring top talent and fostering a culture of excellence, adherence to SOPs, and standardized customer experiences.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker Resolution of Escalations.
Requirements:
- Preference for candidates with experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
- 7-12 years of overall work experience, with direct team reporting experience.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and analytical ability.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage strategic partnerships.
- Education: NIT/BITS/IIT or MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools is preferred.
