Job Title: Project Leadership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our project execution tasks. As a key team member, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage project scheduling, planning, execution, and commissioning.
  • Metric Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on engineering, design, and project execution progress.
  • Process Enhancement: Develop and implement process improvements, SOPs/checklists, policies, and change initiatives.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, optimizing resources and improving efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work with stakeholders to deliver distributed projects, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure BOM accuracy and timely submission to the purchasing team.
  • Design Support: Provide support for distributed projects, including design optimization and validation.
  • Resource Allocation: Prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.
  • Client and Vendor Management: Conduct need-based client meetings, vendor meetings, site visits, and coordination.
  • Training and Development: Provide technical and safety training to the team.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of all projects in OneDrive and ERP.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 18-22 years of experience in project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
