Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative project leader who will be responsible for managing multiple renovation and fitout projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors. A proven track record in managing projects from design through procurement and construction is essential.

  • Project Management: Preparation of master schedule, budget, and procurement strategy.
  • Team Coordination: Coordination with designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve safe, timely, on-budget completion with international quality standards.

The successful project leader will be responsible for leading the overall project execution cycle, including pre-construction, programme management, contracts and cost management, and construction management. The role requires excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as a keen eye for detail in hard finishes and knowledge of various finishing materials.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit-out projects.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
