Qualification - Commerce graduate with Chartered Accountancy
ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
To ensure comprehensive financial systems and procedures are established and maintained in order.
To provide an appropriate level of security and control over the company's resources and operations.
To manage investor relationship, funding.
To prepare the company's budget and forecast liaise with all departments and subsidiaries.
To gather the necessary budget input and ensure the budgets are updated.
To prepare financial projections in support of the company's overall business plan.
To conduct reconciliation of the company's financial position in terms of cost, income, profit and loss account and balance sheet.
To review and monitor the expenditure process proactively and suggest procedural corrective action.
To ensure the periodic regulatory project audits.
To implement GST and impart training to subsidiaries.
To prepare and review interim financial statements.
To liaise with external and internal auditor and provide financial data as required by auditor.
To manage the VAT and ensure returns are made on time, payments are made on time and all relevant regulations are complied with.
To assist company's borrowings, renewals and any other bank related activities as required.
To maintain and control the accounting records of the company's subsidiaries.
To prepare /review monthly MIS reports on key performance indicators of CEO.
To prepare and review the various MIS reports daily /weekly/monthly as required by CEO/MD.
To manage audits of company / subsidiaries and projects.
To impart training to subsidiaries on system /procedures and process.
To follow instructions and order of reporting authority and superiors.
To provide an appropriate level of Security Guidance and control over the company's resources and operations.
To manage investor relationship, funding.
To manage audits of company / subsidiaries and projects.
At lease 10+ years of experience in Managing comprehensive financial systems and procedures that are established and maintained in order for mutiple projects.
