Technical Support Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal and external users via various communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with minimal support from the development team.
  • Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team.
  • Assist the QA lead with quality assurance activities.
  • Propose workarounds to customers when fixes are not immediately available.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure problems are resolved.
  • Support the deployment of new applications and technologies.
  • Develop procedural documentation for technical processes.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Test and evaluate new releases to identify potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Strong technical skills in Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, AWS, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in Linux, Java, web development, AWS are desirable but not required.
  • Experience with AI tools and development mindset is a plus.
