Job Title: Senior Building Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Automation Specialist to design, implement and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building automation systems, experience with system design, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design BMS systems for new and existing buildings, including hardware and software configuration.
  • Evaluate and recommend the best suited instruments or devices for building automation systems.
  • Develop detailed drawings for field devices and cable conduit layouts, as well as technical specifications and material requisition documents.
  • Conduct performance reviews of installed systems and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • BE/B. Tech in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering.
  • Familiarity with data center master plans, concepts, and schematics.
  • Knowledge of TIA-942-B Standard for Data Centers and Indian and International codes for the design.
  • Excellent management and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in review of 3D models using Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of ELV codes and standards.
  • Knowledge of IS/IEC standards.

Self-motivated individuals with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of safety protocols and risk assessment procedures is essential.
