Automation Specialist

We are seeking an expert Automation Specialist to design, develop and deploy comprehensive automation systems that optimize business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating multiple tools and platforms into seamless workflows, streamlining manual processes and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement document automations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Build custom workflows using no-code automation platforms.
  • Configure and optimize CRM systems, including fields, automations and deal stages.
  • Automate document generation and email distribution.
  • Integrate e-signature solutions for seamless digital signing.
  • Route leads from marketing funnels and classify them using AI-driven tools.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for KPIs and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure all workflows adhere to security, compliance and reliability standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms and workflow development.
  • Strong knowledge of integration architecture and data mapping.
  • Experience with CRM automation and customization.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation and API integrations.
  • Ability to work with Property Management tools and BGL Simple Fund 360.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Ops/Systems mindset: able to analyze complex business processes and design efficient workflows.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI-driven automations and machine learning.
  • Familiarity with Australian property or SMSF compliance regulations.
  • Prior experience building error handling and monitoring dashboards.
