Senior Workflow Optimization Specialist

This is a remote opportunity to collaborate with HR, IT, and Facilities teams to define and streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs; skilled in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs.
- Integrations: Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (e.g., identity platforms, facilities systems).
- Metrics & Reporting: Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
- Upgrades & Maintenance: Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows.
- Compliance & Governance: Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.
- 5+ years of experience for developers, 7+ years for ServiceNow Lead and Admin.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow tools and platform, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
