Senior Automation Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Automation Specialist to join our Business Process Automation department.

The Senior Automation Specialist will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Automation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects.
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Identify and resolve issues with automation systems.
  • Document Processes: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA.
  • Coding Languages: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda.
  • Product management & scoping: Experienced in technical scoping & project/scrum management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
