The company is committed to leveraging technology to address a wide range of business needs, from strategy and design to managing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing to ensure seamless system performance.

Align test scripts with acceptance criteria and user stories to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.

Execute automated tests, log defects with detailed reproduction steps, and support defect triage to resolve issues promptly.

Create and manage test data and environment configurations for automation to streamline processes.

Identify and maintain reusable scripts for system-level and regression testing to optimize quality.

Contribute to the automation regression suite and maintain automation assets to enhance overall productivity.

Collaborate with developers and senior QA engineers to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Follow automation best practices and participate in peer reviews to foster growth and improvement.

Prepare and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Support manual testing efforts when required to provide comprehensive coverage.

Track and report QA metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, and productivity to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in Guidewire functional and automation testing to drive success.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Guidewire policy center projects to build expertise.

Hands-on experience with type-script automation tools to leverage innovation.

Hands on experience in programming-based test automation toolset to enhance capabilities.

Independently handle Test Code issue resolution, updates & Debugging to promote self-sufficiency.

Exposure to QA lifecycle tools such as HP ALM or equivalent to expand knowledge.

Understanding of defect lifecycle management and test standards to ensure consistency.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Exposure to unit testing and mobile testing to broaden skills.
