Job Title: Head of Learning and Development

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global learning and development strategy. As the Head of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that cater to diverse employee levels and positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant training content tailored to different audiences.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive global learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's strategic goals and enhances employee performance and engagement across all levels and positions.
  • Training Program Design and Implementation: Design and implement innovative and scalable training programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills enhancement, and compliance training.
  • Facilitation and Delivery: Lead and facilitate high-impact training sessions both virtually and in-person, engaging employees across various departments and regions.
  • Market Connection and Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in learning and development.
  • Employee Development: Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps and career development needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a global role.
  • Extensive experience in corporate training, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and the use of technology in training.
