About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the training needs of our hotel and develop relevant learning programs to address these needs.
  • Plan and coordinate the production of departmental training plans, working closely with department heads to identify training requirements.
  • Source and recommend external training organizations or resources, ensuring that our training programs are innovative and effective.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs, using metrics and behavioral change to measure success.
  • Analyze service gaps and develop strategies to improve service levels and close performance gaps.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role in Learning and Development.
  • Experience in adult education or a similar environment.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently, with strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Creative approach to promoting training programs and ability to drive training and development initiatives.
