Grand Mercure Bangalore is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, coordinating, and participating in the Learning & Development initiatives of our employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs. You will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs that meet those needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of our employees
  • Coordinating and participating in the implementation of training programs
  • Ensuring that training programs are effective and meet the needs of our employees
  • Working with department heads to identify training needs and develop programs that meet those needs
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with all departments
  • Ensuring that all training records and training passports are maintained and updated as required
  • Communicating and supporting company policies and procedures to maintain high employee morale and motivation
