Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic L&D Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our Learning and Development team at Kushal's Fashion Jewellery. The ideal candidate is passionate about employee development, has excellent communication skills, and is adept at delivering engaging training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver engaging training programs on various topics.
- Collaborate with Departmental Leaders: Work closely with managers and department heads to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions to support organizational goals.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes. Implement improvements where necessary.
- Create Training Materials: Develop training manuals, handouts, e-learning modules, presentations, and other materials to support learning initiatives.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously research best practices and trends in corporate training and integrate relevant knowledge into training content.
- Maintain Training Records: Keep detailed records of employee participation, progress, and outcomes, and ensure compliance with any training-related regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, hotel management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of experience as L&D Specialist, Corporate trainer, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of various learning methods and instructional design principles.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with training software (LMS, e-learning platforms) and tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in training, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Lean six sigma is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick Model).
Knowledge of adult learning theories and techniques.
