
Administrative Vendor Coordinator

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Operations Executive to lead vendor coordination and operational management. The role requires excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a single point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
- Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Ensure timely purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment coordination.
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, databases, and operational procedures.
- Support procurement in negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment cycles.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Guarantee adherence to quality standards and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (desired).
- 2-4 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and enterprise resource planning tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
