Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents.
  • Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of advanced network protocols including BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L3/L2 VPN, Multicast, QoS.
  • Audit the network to identify repeat issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to resolve major incidents.
  • Ensure minimal downtime through proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Support automation initiatives to enhance efficient service management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced NOC troubleshooting skills.
  • Expertise in L2 & L3 MPLS VPN, QoS, Transport, Mobility, ISP networks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in NOC operations or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
