Lead Business Growth and Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution and Management

  • 6. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that the team is aware of potential risks and takes proactive steps to mitigate them.

  • 7. Collaboration and Team Management: Manage peers and team, including clients, team members, and external partners, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are managed.

  • 8. Financial Stewardship: Manage project finances, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget, and that financial targets are met.

  • 9. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that quality assurance processes are followed.

  • 10. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
