Key Managerial Position

This high-level managerial role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end business operations, including work-in-progress (WIP) management. The successful candidate will manage relationships with distribution heads, strengthen ties through regular engagement and performance monitoring.

Essential ResponsibilitiesStrategic Relationship Building
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships with distribution leaders by engaging in regular communication and monitoring their performance.
Operational Oversight
  • Manage daily WIP clearance to meet monthly targets.
  • Oversee operational processes to drive efficiency and excellence.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and analysis on business performance to inform action plans.
  • Support distribution teams with data-driven insights and visualizations.
Process Improvement and Control
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Document and control process changes.
Team Development and Management
  • Develop team members to perform effectively and efficiently.
Performance Metrics
  • Monthly governance engagements with distribution leaders/head.
  • Publish the monthly issuance dashboard/scorecard.
  • Drive operational efficiencies with distribution teams.
  • Achieve 92% M0 Issuance.
  • Achieve 94% M2 Issuance.
  • Fulfill TFR of 85%.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through resolution of escalations and requests with TAT.
  • Complete 1 Green/Black belt project for the year.
