Scientific Engagement Manager

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the establishment and maintenance of scientific relationships with esteemed medical experts to drive strategic partnerships.

  • You will identify and map key accounts and specialists aligned with our medical priorities.
  • Develop and execute targeted engagement strategies tailored to country-specific goals.
  • Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries with accurate, up-to-date scientific information.
  • Collaborate with clinical operations to support trial execution and site education.
  • Facilitate Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) processes upon investigator request.
  • Serve as a trusted scientific resource for internal teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Maintain timely reporting of adverse events and technical product complaints.
Essential Competencies:
  • Demonstrated experience in operations management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • In-depth understanding of clinical research and medical affairs processes.
  • Proficiency in scientific communication, including medical writing and data interpretation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of disease management, drug development, and epidemiology.
  • Aptitude to analyze and present clinical data effectively.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
