Job Overview:
The Franchise Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise opportunities. The role includes evaluating competitive offerings, generating leads, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify high-potential business regions for franchise development.
• Build relationships with competitor franchisees and assess market offerings in the region.
• Develop lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures.
• Ensure timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees.
• Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.
• Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.
• Encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in franchise acquisition or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the Stock Broking Industry is a must.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical and decision-making capabilities.
