Our business is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic support associate to fill this key role. As a vital member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely telephone and email support to consumer clients, sales teams, and other internal team members.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of the status of open issues while actively working to troubleshoot and resolve them.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, adhering to all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Develop or improve on internal systems knowledge to ensure seamless communication with various teams.
  • Be flexible and adjust to changing duties and responsibilities as the department and company evolve.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any field with 1-3 years' experience in a related field; OR high secondary diploma with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other Internet-based tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; an unerring attention to detail; and the ability to multitask.
  • A professional demeanor with the ability to take ownership of every chat, call, or email and find a solution for every customer.
