Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Associate to support the finance and accounting team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, processing transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record vendor invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and journal entries
  • Support month-end closing and reporting activities
  • Coordinate with internal departments on billing and payment issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience (shipping/logistics industry preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting softwares
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and time management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹340,000.00 per year
