Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support/Precise engineer to join our fast-growing global business. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator who can build rapport with clients from diverse regions and work well under pressure. They should have specific experience in senior IT support roles and ideally possess knowledge of auditing, monitoring or security technologies within Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, plan and implement our award-winning Data Security Platform in Enterprise Environments
  • Resolve existing customers' outstanding issues through timely support tickets.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leads to meet Service Level Agreements and customer requirements.
  • Create technical documents and articles for team and customer use.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations to customers worldwide.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years software customer service and support experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years performing administrative tasks in Windows-based infrastructures including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, and Cloud platforms.
  • Maintain high-level interpersonal, verbal English communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with ticketing tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
