This role is responsible for developing and implementing demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales. The ideal candidate will have expertise in omni-channel marketing, including search, social, content, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-impact, multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales.
  • Leverage martech data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Partner closely with sales, inside sales, creative teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing with revenue goals.
  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to attract and nurture high-value prospects through personalized content and engagement.
  • Effectively expand and manage demand generation programs across search, social media, content marketing, webinars, video, and website optimization.
  • Implement best practices to maximize marketing efficiency and ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) seamlessly transition into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Own competitive research, buyer insights, and value proposition messaging to position the organization as a market leader among decision-makers in B2B and B2G segments.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the right messaging, sales collateral, and lead insights to drive conversions and close deals.
  • Oversee marketing automation processes, CRM integrations, and reporting dashboards to track lead flow, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and continuously optimize strategies using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or B2B marketing roles.
  • Expertise in omni-channel marketing, including search, social, content, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead scoring methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of campaign measurement and performance optimization.
  • Experience in ABM, inbound marketing, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
