About This Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Executive - Partnership & Alliances, based out of Pune. The Business Executive will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing and maintaining business relationships, and negotiating and closing partnership deals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and connect with Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals, and Chartered Accountants to promote Tata AIA and AIG business opportunities.
  • Persuade them to join as Advisors/Agency Partners.
  • Complete necessary documentation, provide training, schedule exams, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Support the launch of their initial business.
  • Develop daily content for digital marketing and post it on social media platforms.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
  • Awareness of the Finance, Wealth Management, and Insurance industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in the financial services industry is beneficial.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the specific industry or market is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
