Enterprise Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Operations Specialist to manage and oversee day-to-day operations across various business modules.

  • The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with a strong understanding of real estate/construction business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems across modules (Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, HR, etc.).
  2. Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  3. Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP systems.
  4. Generate, analyze, and share management information system (MIS) reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  6. Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP systems.
  7. Provide training and support to new team members on ERP processes.
  8. Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  1. Proven hands-on experience in ERP systems.
  2. Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  4. Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  5. Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate in Commerce/Management/IT/Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) or equivalent.
  2. Prior work experience in real estate/construction or related industries will be an added advantage.
