Job Title: Enterprise Data Specialist

This is a highly demanding position that requires leadership and technical skills to design, develop, and implement large-scale data systems on cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working with various data integration tools, such as Informatica, DataStage, OWB, Talend, and Spark, as well as expertise in cloud-based databases like BigQuery, Redshift, and Aurora.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable data pipelines for high-volume, multi-thread batch, real-time, and event processing systems.
  • Developing and maintaining complex data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional areas.
  • Implementing processes and systems to validate data quality, monitor production data, and ensure accuracy and availability for stakeholders and business processes.
  • Mentoring junior talent within the team and contributing to building assets and accelerators.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to compare products and tools across technology stacks.
  • Good understanding of Iaas, PaaS, SaaS, Containers, and Microservices Architecture and Design.
  • Experience with BI reporting and dashboarding tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, SAP BO, Cognos, and Superset.
  • Understanding of security features and policies in one or more cloud environments.
