Job Description

Senior Agile Product Owner

This is a highly visible opportunity for a seasoned leader who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.

  • Develop solutions to complex business problems by working closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA leads to ensure timely delivery of quality releases.
  • Lead daily global stand-up meetings to facilitate discussions on high-level issues among project teams.
  • Prioritize cycle and sprint goals and work as an Agile scrum master to assist in resolving global issues.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and break down requirements with development teams into estimable stories.
  • Create delivery plans based on estimates and team capacity.
  • Collaborate with product managers to write user stories and work with developers and QA to ensure end-to-end feature sets have been thoroughly analyzed.
  • Drive planning work based on customer research findings and direction provided by user experience experts and the design team.
  • Contribute to organizational success by sharing subject matter expertise, participating in functional and technical training sessions, and authoring user documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science, information systems, or a related field.

  • Total minimum 7 years of experience with minimum 5 years writing IT business requirements through user stories or similar in a complex work environment.
  • Experience working on a dynamic team, presenting to individuals at all levels of an organization, including C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated, excellent customer service skills, analytical skills, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal and collaborative skills, critical thinking, leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills, and English language proficiency.
