Job Title: Strategic Business Solutions Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Solutions Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading planning analysis activities, using resources optimally to help define and track metrics and KPIs for the product.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, and design thinking skills with a mix of business, operations, and technology-focused projects. Experience in change management, agile methodologies, and digital transformation is essential. Additionally, you should have expertise in lending domain, secured lending products, and experience working in a global banking or consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning analysis activities with optimal use of resources.
  • Help define and track metrics and KPIs for the product.
  • Promote scaled delivery approaches for multimarket implementation.
  • Use customer, product, and operational procedural insights to optimize experience and propositions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 12+ years of experience in business analysis and recent experience in banking and financial domains.
  • Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and design thinking skills.
  • Agile expertise, requirement life cycle management, and traceability.
  • Lending domain experience in originations, STP Journey, Products & Servicing.
  • Strong understanding of secured lending products.
  • Effective communication, inter-personal, and negotiating skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or willingness to work towards the qualification.
