About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Eastern Region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales & Business Development operations for the Eastern Region, including Bangladesh.
- Closely work with Consultants, Channel partners, and appoint new prospective partners in the region.
- Prospect bid opportunities, participate in the preparation of bid responses, and negotiate with potential customers.
- Develop new customer contact leads as part of the business development activity.
- Develop personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
- Attend trade shows to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B. Tech. preferred) with 7+ years of Channel Sales experience in the Fire Alarm Industry.
- Deep understanding of the assigned market and technical knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems.
- High level of travel within the region.
- Ability to translate multiple customer/ regional requirements through internal processes and functions.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand contractual, legal language.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to listen to customers.
