Strategic Client Experience Manager

Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive - Client Servicing to manage our client service operations, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions for the brand. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients onsite in Chennai to understand their needs and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns. Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance to align with their goals.
- Project Management & Execution: Manage end-to-end project operations, from initial briefing and planning through execution and delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes to streamline operations, optimize resources, and increase efficiency. Maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring all projects adhere to company quality standards and client expectations.
- Budget & Financial Management: Ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in client servicing or account management in an advertising agency background.
- Knowledge of BFSI sector is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering successful client projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Qualifications:
- Advertising agency background mandatory.
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments.
- Ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements.
