Senior Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead the ELV sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Market Development: Identify and explore new market opportunities and develop strategies to tap into them.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with System Integrators, Dealers MEP, PMC Consultants, Architects, Corporate, and End Users.
- Team Management: Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ELV/IBMS segment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
