**Job Description**

The Customer Experience team at Troovy is dedicated to making healthy snacking fun, tasty, and accessible for kids and families. Our mission is to reimagine what kids' food can look like in India.

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing customer experience, including proactive communication through calls, surveys, and WhatsApp.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The selected intern will have the opportunity to work on cross-departmental projects to improve customer purchase and delivery experience. This is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.


**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree from a Tier I university
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and web tools for consumer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
