Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will play a key role in optimizing and managing the marketing cloud to drive campaign execution, data integration, automation, and user support.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with client marketing managers to understand their needs and preferences. They will build and configure customer journeys to provide personalized experiences for customers, design and implement lead generation forms, surveys, and content to drive engagement and conversion, and set up cloud pages and forms, as well as script and execute campaigns to achieve business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Develop and maintain complex customer journeys to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Provide extensive training and consultation to campaign managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Maintain close relationships with CRM owners to understand data requirements and create effective solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.
  • SF Marketing Cloud Consultant Certified.
  • At least 3 other SF certifications.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving business growth.
