Marketing Automation Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Automation Developer to join our organization. As a Marketing Automation Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust marketing solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data-driven automation processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems using APIs and custom integration methods.
  • Build AMP Scripts and email templates using data extensions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot marketing automation processes.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing and create reports to measure campaign KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Developer.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, including email marketing and segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and customization.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and experience in developing complex queries.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and integration methods.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for email template customization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
