Business Development Leader Wanted
Job Overview:Think People Solutions seeks a seasoned Business Development leader to spearhead our sales efforts. This is a leadership role that demands strategic thinking, effective communication, and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the sales strategy for Think People Solutions.
- Set revenue targets, monitor performance, and drive growth.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard high-value clients across industries.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team of 3–5 members.
- Drive performance culture with clear KPIs and coaching.
- Align team incentives with company growth goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Partner with leadership to design sales playbooks and market-entry strategies.
- Represent Think People at industry events and client meetings.
- Achieve significant revenue growth through new client acquisitions and account expansions.
- Establish a robust CRM system for visibility and forecasting.
- 10–15 years of B2B Sales experience.
- Proven track record of winning and growing enterprise accounts.
- Strong CXO/HR Head network across industries.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
