Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales position located in Pune. The Executive Sales professional will be responsible for driving hotel sales, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies. Daily tasks will include managing client accounts, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and management teams to execute sales initiatives.
Location - Pune & Mumbai
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, hotel sales, and account management
- Strong skills in client relationship management and business development
- Knowledge of market research and sales strategy implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
